1. Introduction
Welcome to Ampris. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ampris program and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
3. Subscription and Use
To use the Service, you must purchase a subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew until you cancel them. Each subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
4. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activities that happen under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you must tell us right away.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:
- Share your subscription or account with anyone else.
- Use the Service for anything illegal or not allowed by these Terms.
- Try to access parts of the Service you’re not supposed to.
- Mess with or harm how the Service works.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, features, and design, belongs to Ampris and its partners. It’s protected by laws about copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You can’t copy or use it without our permission.
7. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable; unless in the event of features becoming patched. For example, if crucial features for Premium get patched, you are entitled to be given a free 3 month membership for your current membership level. Afterwards, if you decide you want to remain subscribed to that membership, you may do so at a reduced cost(50%) per month.
8. Changes to Features
We can change, pause, or stop any part of the Service, including what’s included in subscription packages, at any time without telling you first.
9. Termination
We can end or suspend your account and stop you from using the Service at any time, without warning, if we think you’ve broken these Terms or for any other reason. When this happens, you can’t use the Service anymore.
10. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Ampris and its team won’t be responsible for any indirect, unexpected, or special damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, that come from you using the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to protect and cover any costs for Ampris and its team if someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the Service or if you broke these Terms. This includes legal fees and other expenses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in New Castle County, Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We can update these Terms whenever we want. If the changes are big, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before they start. If you keep using the Service after the changes, it means you agree to them.
